The form

The form on Write asks for your name, an email address, a telephone number if you choose to give one, and a note. The next page shows those fields back to you so you can copy them.

The site does not email the note. It does not write the note into a database or a file. It does not add the note to the address bar. When the request ends, the shop does not hold a copy. If you want the desk to read the words, send them yourself to the email above or call during open hours.

Logs, cookies, and scripts

This site sets no cookie of its own and does not run a session. It does not load third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers. The host may keep ordinary server logs: an address, a time, and the URL that was requested. Those logs are the host’s record of traffic, not a mailing list, and we do not sell them. We do not sell personal information because the form does not leave us with a list to sell.

In the room

If you pay at the counter, the card network and the bank see what they normally see. That payment does not pass through this website. A jar held under your name is a label on a shelf until the coming Sunday, then it goes back out. We do not keep a customer file for holds beyond that week.
